Passionate about shaping the future of air navigation safety and service, NAV Canada is committed to building and maintaining a healthy, high performance culture for their Air Traffic Control and Flight Service teams. Investing in team coaching and development for their training and learning specialists across the country has been instrumental to helping their leaders achieve business objectives.
Sealy Coaching & Performance began collaborating with NAV Canada in 2017 to support courseware development, provide operational training team development plans, conduct performance coaching sessions, and develop performance coaching plans for multiple teams from Gander to Vancouver. This outstanding contribution to Operational Training improved the motivation and commitment of instructors while also helping to improve the modernization of NAV Canada's instructor training programs.
